How it works

Compression Therapy

Your FX|Series session begins with 20 minutes of compression therapy using state-of-the-art pneumatic compression boots.

Rhythmic compression simulates natural muscle contractions that occur during movement.

  • Boosted Blood Circulation:

    By increasing blood flow to your muscles, compression therapy helps deliver oxygen and essential nutrients while flushing out metabolic waste, accelerating recovery.

    Reduced Muscle Soreness:

    Compression aids in relieving post-exercise muscle soreness and stiffness, helping your body recover from intense workouts faster.

    Enhanced Lymphatic Drainage:

    The compression stimulates your lymphatic system, helping reduce swelling and inflammation in overworked or fatigued muscles, preparing your body for the next stage of recovery.

Cold Water Immersion

Next, you’ll step into the cold water for up to 5 minutes where you’ll experience the benefits of cold therapy.

The water temperature ranges between 8-10°C where the effects on your body are profound.

    Cold immersion constricts blood vessels, reducing inflammation and swelling in the muscles and joints.
